Catherine was born to Russian nobility in the late 1800s, and throughout her childhood, she traveled the worldwith her family. Catherine’s father was a Russian diplomat, and thus, Catherine spoke many languages and learned many cultures. Faith was a strong part of her family life, and Catherine loved and served God from an early age.
